I ordered a pair of shorts from spydersurf.com, and while the size was right, the color they sent wasn’t the one I picked or the one shown on my order. It’s not a huge disaster, but it’s still annoying when you’re expecting one thing and a different version shows up.

Customer service did eventually respond, but it took a little while, and the whole “we’ll make it right” kind of promise felt vague. I still had to go through the hassle of sending them back, so overall it wasn’t the worst experience, but they really need to be more accurate with orders.

I ordered from Spyder Surf assuming it would show up in a few days, but yeah, that definitely did not happen. I wasn’t in a huge rush at first, but after a while I started checking the tracking like it was some kind of daily chore, which is funny because I can barely remember to water my plants.

The tracking info barely changed, so I kept having to look it up myself and wonder if the package was just sitting somewhere. It did eventually arrive, but much later than I expected. I’ve had snacks shipped faster, and those usually take their sweet time too.
The item itself was fine once it got here, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the wait was frustrating, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again unless I had plenty of extra time and wasn’t counting on it arriving anytime soon.

I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort it out. It took one extra email, but it was hassle-free overall. Nice to deal with a support team that actually follows through

I emailed them more than once and the replies were slow and didn’t really tell me anything useful. It dragged on way longer than it should have, and I had to keep chasing them just to get it sorted. I wouldn’t order from them again

spydersurf gives off a legit vibe, especially compared to a lot of sketchier-looking sites out there. The branding feels real and not like some random copycat store. That said, I do wish they showed a bit more behind-the-scenes info or details about the shop, because that always makes me feel more comfortable. I’d probably place a small order first and see how it goes before trusting it completely

The hoodie feels really good quality and it fits me well. It’s got a nice weight to it, not cheap-feeling at all. I don’t really have any complaints, like… it just does what I wanted it to

I was glad they had the size I needed in stock, which feels like half the battle sometimes. Ordering was easy enough and I didn’t have to overthink it. Kind of reminded me I need to clean out my closet too, but that’s a whole separate project I’m avoiding. Overall, simple experience and no complaints.

I’m particular about comfort, and these really met my standard. They’re easy to wear, fit nicely, and feel super comfy without needing any break-in time.

I bought a hoodie and some boardshorts from spydersurf.com a few months ago, and they been doing well. I wear and washed the hoodie a bunch already, but it still keeps its shape and the print didn’t really cracked much. The shorts was solid too after a few beach days. Shipping came fine, no issues there. I’m not giving 5 stars just because the fabric got a little rough after some washes, but overall I’m still happy with it.

I ordered my usual size, and, like, it was way tighter than I expected. I figured it would fit normally, but yeah, it just didn’t feel right at all. Returning it was kind of a hassle too, so I probably won’t buy clothes from here again.

I had to keep reaching out just to find out what was going on with my order. Frustrating.

Popped in while I was hunting for a hoodie and some sandals. The staff were nice enough, not overly chatty, but they helped when I asked :). The store was clean, and there was a decent mix of stuff to look through.
The prices felt a bit higher than I expected, and a few sizes were missing, so I only ended up grabbing one thing. Overall, not a bad stop, just not one that totally wowed me :-/

I really liked the style of the surf clothes, they definitely have that laid-back, cool look. But the website itself felt a bit crowded to me, and I had to poke around more than I expected to find things. Maybe I’m just being picky, but it didn’t feel super easy to browse
